Shipping is free for all orders over Euro 200.00. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in the cart during the purchase process. Please note: choosing cash on delivery always incurs a Euro 5.00 charge for fees collected by the courier for this service.

Delivery takes an average of 3 working days (7 working days for islands, Calabria, and remote areas) with SDA courier.

When your order is shipped, SDA courier will send you an email with tracking information.

Weekend deliveries are not available.

During holidays or periods with higher order volumes (sales, promotions, etc.) deliveries may be delayed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and to obtain a refund of the expenses incurred. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, i.e.:

- in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, applications, etc...)

- due to damage to the product

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or business activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.

RETURNS

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Glöed within 14 working days of receipt of the goods of your intention to withdraw from the contract by:

IMPORTANT:

the law does not recognize the consumer's right to obtain an exchange/return of goods for a simple sizing error or a change of mind about taste.

PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

in the size exchange, return, or refund policy.

The return shipment must be made no later than 5 days from its authorization and arrive within a maximum of 10 days. After this limit, the return will not be accepted.

Indicate on the package the name of the person who placed the order and the order number.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. The goods to be returned must be sent to our shop with the receipt and product label.

It will then be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

After checking the integrity of the goods, we will proceed with:

1. Re-credit via PayPal refund

2. Re-credit to credit card

3. Voucher to spend online

The refund concerns the value of the purchased goods net of any discount codes (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) and will be made no later than 15 days from receipt of the goods.

In the event that the user opts for product replacement, the shipping costs of the new product will be borne by them.

It is not our responsibility to collect returned goods from courier warehouses or post offices.

Gatto Nero Gatto Bianco Shop tries to meet the needs of customers dissatisfied with their purchase by replacing the product (possibility of size change or item change) or refunding the amount of the garments (IN CASE OF REASONABLE MOTIVATION) except for shipping costs.

For any size or product changes, all shipping costs will in any case be borne by the buyer.
